The Springfield Dairy Queen offers fun opportunities for energetic, hard working, smiling people in a fast paced environment. While some consider the DQ a seasonal business, we are open 10 months out of the year and are seeking employees that can work with us for the duration, not just the summer months. 

 

Crew Members execute all customer service operations, ensuring all prepared products meet the restaurant standards of quality and excellence. We are looking for friendly, dedicated individuals with positive energy to join our team. If you enjoy making people smile, we want to talk with you!

 

 

Current positions 

 

Part-time crew members - Must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week including nights & weekends. Must be at least 16 years of age and able to work into our fall season.

 

Full-time crew members - We are currently seeking full-time crew members to work Mon-Fri 11am-6pm. Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work into our fall season. Previous quick service experience helpful but not required.
